Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how DN Physics handles refund requests for premium access and digital purchases.

Approved refunds will be processed only to the original payment method used for the transaction. Refunds will not be sent to a different card, bank account, wallet, cash method, or third party.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date of purchase. Because DN Physics Pro is a digital educational service, refund eligibility depends on whether the service has already been substantially accessed or consumed.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be granted in the following situations:

  • If premium access has been actively used for more than 3 days after purchase.
  • If the purchase was made correctly and the user has already received access to digital content or features.
  • If the request is made after the stated refund request period.
  • If the issue is caused by incorrect user information, device limitations, or internet/connectivity problems outside our control.

3. Refund Review

Each refund request is reviewed individually. DN Physics may request payment reference details, account details, and a description of the issue before making a decision.

4. Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, the refund will be initiated only to the same payment-initiated media or original payment method used at the time of purchase. The time taken for the refunded amount to appear depends on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.

5. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once or charged incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible. Verified duplicate or incorrect charges may be eligible for refund review.
