Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of DN Physics. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the Platform

DN Physics and the DN P Tracker app are educational and productivity platforms that provide digital learning materials, premium access features, gamified tracking, notes, and practice content. You agree to use the platform and its network features only for lawful, personal, and educational purposes.

2. Accounts

Some features require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and current information when creating or updating your account.

3. Premium Access and Pricing

Some content and features require paid premium access. The applicable price will be shown on the platform or at checkout at the time of purchase. Premium access is linked to the account used during payment.

4. Delivery Policy

All purchases made on DN Physics (including DN Tokens and PRO Subscriptions) are digital. Upon successful payment verification via PayHere or PayPal, the digital goods or premium access will be instantly applied to your account. No physical goods will be shipped.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to the DN Physics Refund Policy. If a refund is approved, it will be processed only to the original payment method used for the transaction. Please refer to the Refund Policy page for full eligibility rules and processing details.

6. Access and Availability

We aim to keep DN Physics available and functioning properly, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed at all times. We may update, improve, suspend, or modify features to maintain platform quality, security, and reliability.

7. Intellectual Property

All educational content, notes, branding, designs, question flows, visuals, and related materials on DN Physics remain the property of DN Physics or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission.

8. User-Generated Content and Media Sharing

Features such as the Watch Party Hub allow users to upload, share, and view media content collaboratively. These features are provided strictly for educational and collaborative study purposes. By uploading or sharing any content on the platform, you represent and warrant that you hold all necessary rights and permissions to do so. You assume full legal responsibility for any media you share or consume. DN Physics does not endorse, actively monitor, or claim ownership over user-uploaded content, and disclaims all liability related to the nature, legality, or usage of such materials.

9. User Restrictions

You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operation, share paid access unlawfully, or use DN Physics in a way that harms the service or other users.

10. Limitation of Liability

DN Physics is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DN Physics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, payment processing delays, or temporary service interruptions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of DN Physics after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
